April 22, 2010

Today we went to The Fountain of Youth. Debra had to stay home and work. We were driven by Larry since Bob was our chef, Larry was our driver.
The property has a prime location on the water right next to the The Mission of Nombre de Dios.
All the guides were dressed in period costumes. There was a planetarium show. Them the globe show with the Ponce de Leon voyage routes and history lesson. Then a live cannon shooting on the waterfront. Then a history lesson from an Indian from Oklahoma about life of Indians in St. Augustine. Then, of course, we got to drink the sulfur tasting water that supposedly is good for us. I didn't feel much younger.
